The context determines the proposal. In this case, the context is not built but rather arises from the unique and specific situation of the plot in relation to the canal to the east and the forest to the north. It is the only plot that meets these conditions, defining its uniqueness.

Instead of an arrangement in a line, continuing the urban fabric, we opt for small groupings, villas in the forest, that act as both buildings and landscape, being part of both contexts.
Nature should seamlessly enter the building, and the houses should open up to three orientations, embracing the magnificent views. The building is discreetly nestled among the vegetation.

The villas are contemporary, possessing the technical precision that embodies the spirit of their time. In this sense, they are also deeply contextual. Among these groupings, on the ground floor, there are various social spaces, laundry rooms, covered areas, and woodland zones. These spaces serve as gathering points for neighbors, forming the communal heart of the project.

The dwellings are efficient and flexible, free of internal structural constraints, with installation areas positioned alongside the communication core. The interior space remains unobstructed and can be configured according to the user’s needs, allowing for adaptation and transformation over time, ensuring social sustainability.

The construction is simple and refined, featuring a perimeter concrete structure covered with lightweight metal elements that protect the necessary insulation, contributing to a higher energy rating. It is also an efficient construction.
